Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to work across the Community Rehabilitation Teams in the Southport and Formby area.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of therapists assessing and treating patients in their own homes, and care Homes to promote quality care, safety and independence.
The multidisciplinary team comprises of Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, and assistants and are supported with effective supervision and professional leadership.
Applicants need to be able to work flexibly and be able to travel.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
