Community and wellbeing network are able to offer an exciting opportunity for community specialist practitioners to join the district nursing service to lead a specified district nursing team within the central and west locality.
This is an opportunity for a district nursing sister to lead and manage a skill mixed district nursing team as they develop the service to embrace new ways of working in order to meet the challenges posed by current health care developments.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership to an established district nursing team and also providing skilled nursing care in a variety of settings, including peoples own homes and care settings.

Applicants will need to demonstrate their competency and experience in line with the person specification and will be required to work flexibly across a seven day rota.
